What a privilege it is to be able to communicate with you from this country full of enigmas and human warmth, product of a necklace of pearls-of-conflicts-and-comebacks between different ethnic groups and creeds … a country that has always united when foreign forces attack her but, contradictorily, continually enters internal conflict against the same groups of different creeds that compose it…

 

As American born Alessandra Giugliano put it when I invited her to come over: “I feel comfort in this chaos.

 

What a superb way to describe the ability of a country to see problems as challenges, and live a full life despite all the obstacles that chaos brings…

 

It is a pleasure to welcome you back to a new session of the Language of a Happy Life.

The passion that drives my life is to encourage others to decide to be happy and stay happy no matter what. This is achieved by speaking positively and gratefully since we are what we think.

 

And what is being happy for me ?: it is the art of being grateful especially in those difficult times.

What problems are you facing lately that make you worry constantly?

 

It is very important first of all to define what problem is the one that is bothering you to start solving.

 

  • Lack of economic liquidity
  • Lack of work
  • Crime
  • The absence of a motivation in your life
  • The pain caused by a 💔 broken heart
  • The lack of self-esteem
  • Feeling you are trapped and can’t move on
  • Government corruption
  • Your personal reason (what is it?)

 

Whatever is troubling you, if you consider it as a problem you will be constantly distressed because a problem has no solution!

 

The celebrated Mark Twain said: “I had many problems in my life …. most of which never happened …”

 

 

 

 

The virus “Problem

 

A problem is something that ails us mainly because it has no solution.

 

Let’s look at the following case:

 

I’ll introduce you to Juanita. She is incredibly worried about one of a thousand possible reasons.

Let’s imagine that it is the lack of economic solvency, which is something that affects many people.

 

Here Juanita is in the victim state, dominated by fear, hence prone to judgement and criticism. She cannot perceive that Source has never left her, she cannot hear…

 

“Why don’t I ever have money? I work like crazy every day and for what? I have to pay so many bills … and in the end it turns out that I have nothing left to continue my month.

 

How difficult is this life!

 

Also I have to endure the situation in my office, selling life insurances … life? It’s a penance !!

 

Why live? We live always distressed because we never know the tragedy that awaits us …

 

Oh! How I would like to have a day of peace, where I could just relax and enjoy a day at the beach with myself. Being able to give me the luxury of ordering what I want in the best hotel! Sleeping all night surrounded by what I like: Flowers 🌺, friends ❤️ loving, music, fun and peace. Yes, peace and harmony.

 

But no! I have to get up every day thinking about how I can pay my rent, how to feed myself healthily, how not to envy those people who can afford a enjoy life, eating at restaurants with friends or going for walks to remote and fun places…

 

What a miserable life …

 

Here I am, instead … selling life insurancse when I know that life is worthless …

 

I am a total failure!”

 

 

 

What is going on in her brain?

 

As we have seen at the beginning of this program “The Language of a Happy Life,” it is not really the situation that matters, but rather how we see the situation that really affects our “reality.”

 

Here our protagonist Juanita, living in a state of victim (and very probably does not know) can not see anything positive. So her brain prepares to send her the necessary means so that she can escape or defend herself against the “danger” that the anxiety Juanita feels transmits to her brain.

 

The brain, absolute commander of the body in which Juanita resides, does his job in an extraordinary way by sending her the stress hormone, cortisol, so he can face the “danger” and escape or fight with the help of cortisol.

 

 

 

Real or Created Danger?

  • Is a rabid dog chasing her?”
  • Or does an angry mammoth want to attack her?
  • Or is her house being consumed by fire?
  • Is her life in danger?
  • Is an earthquake afflicting her city?

 

 

Or is it that a false danger created by her fearful point of view makes her see everywhere
problems without solution, causing a conflict between her and her?

 

  • When thinking that she can not earn enough money to support her expenses
  • When thinking that she has to support colleagues who do not respect and just want to abuse her
  • When thinking that she will never be able to go out to good restaurants or travel to remote places because of lack of funds
  • Being sure that her life is a fraud, since she sells life insurances knowing that life is worthless …
  • Having to get up daily wanting to keep on sleeping in order not to remember the miseries in which s he lives

 

Oh! Even I feel like crying for Juanita!

 

 

 

How good it feels to know that it doesn’t have to be this way!

Yes, I lived the first part of my life distressed and afflicted thinking that I was worthless, seriously sickening myself as a result!

 

And with knowledge of the cause I tell you cheerfully that it doesn’t have to be this way!

 

 

Smile!

 

 

 

The antidote Challenge

 

Now let’s see Juanita from the other side of the coin. Because every coin has two sides …

 

And the other side of a problem is a challenge, which always has a fun solution.

 

Here Juanita is conscious that everything is perfect just the way it is. Her sense of gratitude is transparent and clear. She can feel that everybody is good and everything is perfect just the way it is, flowing and glowing.

 

Connecting with Source through gratitude and kindness enables you to be, have and do whatever your heart desires... Connecting with Source through gratitude and kindness enables you to be, have and do whatever your heart desires…

 

“Oh … thank God for this wonderful life!

 

I love being alive and feeling my Mother Nature fill me with blessings every day!

 

How beautiful it is to get up early before dawn and witness the birth of a new day through my window … go out into the fresh air and listen to the little birds greet me: “Good morning! Making me smile at every step. Walk 🚶 thanking my legs that lead me to where I want to go feeling how vibrant each morning is…

 

Breathing thanking my lungs for breathing me from the day I was born, without any complaints, with an indescribable unconditional love … and feel the heartbeat that rushes as I walk faster and faster offering more and more oxygen to My admired body…

 

And then, have the opportunity to have a job that I’m passionate about! Selling life insurances, knowing that life is a blessing at every breath!

 

And ultimately Share with my friends this happiness, sharing either apples in my house or a gourmet meal at the 😎 beach …

 

Oh my God, how can I thank Source for such kindness? I just want everyone to be happy!

 

I am delighted that the new colleague is already well adapted in the office. It’s wonderful to see her smile and show her everything I know so she can always sell more and more life insurances! I love to see how she likes to learn! She’s super cute, may God bless her on her way always!”

 

 

And so, our protagonist sees no problem at all in anything! She lives in the extraordinariness…

 

 

 

What is going on in her brain?

 

Our Juanita sees no problem at all. Her sense of gratitude does not allow it!

 

Gratitude allows her to live in the Now. And in the Now problems cannot breed because they need time in the last or in the future to breed…

 

However in the Now Now, sense in the quietness how there is no way for problems to appear…

 

When Juanita is grateful for everything she has, her brain does not detect any danger, but rather a state of peace and harmony.

 

So it sends her body the hormone of happiness, endorphins, constantly. “Happinized” she enters her natural state of expansion … as the universe that continues to expand.

 

You can breathe peacefully, in peace, oxygenating your body completely while smiling, observing the beauty of Mother Nature.

 

It feels light … and it is also because the space between her cells expand allowing that light that created her to flow that Freely… a Light that is within us all!

 

And all this is FREE! It is the gift that gives us life! And so the grateful thoughts of our protagonist make her attract abundance, health, well-being …

 

  • Knowing that money follows her by passionately offering her services, always having enough money to support her expenses and more
  • By enjoying the growth of her colleagues, who she respects enjoying how they learn what she shares
  • When she enjoys sharing meals, be it an apple or a gourmet banquet … or a trip, be it to the next door town or to the other side of the world …
  • Being sure that her life is a blessing, as she sells life insurances knowing that life is beautiful just the way it is!
  • Wanting to scream out loud her joy, sharing by Contagion with everyone all the gratitude in which she lives …

 

It is not the situation, but how you see the situation that affects your reality.

 

As you can see, you are the Captain of your brain … or the Slave of your Brain …

 

 

You, what do you decide?

Be the slave of your brain?

 

Or be the captain of your brain?

 

Either option is perfect. It is neither bad nor good. It’s just a decision. Your decision!

The difference is that deciding to be a slave of your brain living a life based on fear, always complaining about what you don’t have, will lead your brain to produce cortisol steadily; this will eventually create disease that can be lethal since you will live in a constant state of anguish and contraction, inviting doubt, depression, envy and intolerance to rule your life.

 

Positive Thoughts lead to Positive results

 

Instead if you decide to be the captain of your brain, living a life in gratitude for all of what you have, you will be living in a world in which you see everything as extraordinary! You will feel that state of expansion that causes you to be thankful, in a state of wonder, An Ahhhh! feeling that makes your body expand and allow the light that we all are to Flow, connecting us to Source…now you can allow your intuition to guide you as you “listen” to that inner voice taking you always in the direction of peace and harmony!

 

Stay with us to continue on this path of interior technology as my dear and admired Gregg Braden, a scientist dedicated to explaining miracles, calls it.

 

Let me share with you in the next days my lovely experiences in the land where one feels confort in the chaos…wonderful Lebanon… I will be writing about the amazing reslience and kindness of these people, descendants of the Phoenicians, inventors of our now-a-days alphabet.

 

I am also preparing a trip to Bhutan, with the intention to know more about how GNH works, instead of GNP.

 

In Bhutan progress is measured by the Gross National Happiness and not by the Gross National Product.

Allow your words to let you know, and take action!

 

  • Practice the gratitude attitude at all times
  • Be kind to yourself, avoiding any self criticism or judgemen
  • Practice mindfulness… this can be done even during rush hour in your car!
  • Eat balanced meals with gratitude, slowly and chewing repeatedly
  • Sleep enough, appreciating your bed and thanking your body daily for its miraculous work
  • Move your body daily, intentionally thanking your muscles, bones and organs as you consciously oxygenizing them
  • Watch the seven viruses when you speak or others speak, and immediately apply the antidotes
  • Have fun and celebrate!
  • Laugh, laugh a lot!

Remember the viruses and love them while applying the antidotes…
