La fé absoluta que tienen las plantas y los animales que habitan la tierra logrando naturalmente adaptarse a cualquier circunstancia en todo momento es una prueba absoluta de que somos todos Amor, somos todos Luz, somos todos Poder Infinito, somos todos Uno.
Como se puede uno mantener feliz en todo momento, quizás quieras preguntar ; y qué es mantenerse feliz?
Si te quedas en el Momento Presente, enfocándote en lo rítmico de tu respiración, te darás cuenta de que tu no estas respirando. Es Dios quien te respira y quien esta respirando a todos los seres vivos en el planeta, al mismo tiempo, con el mismo aire. No estas ni estarás nunca solo, si escoges abrirte al Universo y vivir en el Aquí y en el Ahora… darte cuenta de una forma espontánea de que eres Luz, eres Amor, eres una Creación Divina…
Si te concentras de una manera tranquila en el milagro que es el respirar, ahora podrás sentir esa Verdad y decir con la voz de tu Yo Interno: “Soy Luz, Soy Amor, Soy una Creación Divina, como lo son todos los habitantes del planeta, todos los miembros del Universo.”
Habla contigo mismo, Tú eres la mejor y la única persona que puede saber realmente qué es lo que quieres; que es lo que te motiva.
The absolute faith that plants and animals that inhabit the earth naturally adapt to any circumstance at all times is absolute proof that we are all Love, we are all Light, we are all Infinite Power, we are all One.
As one can keep happy at all times, you may want to ask; and what is it to stay happy?
If you stay in the Present Moment, focusing on the rhythmic of your breathing, you’ll realize you’re not breathing. It is God who breathes you and who is breathing all living beings on the planet, at the same time, with the same air. You are not and will never be alone, if you choose to open yourself to the Universe and live in the Here and the Now… realize a spontaneous way that you are Light, you are Love, you are a Divine Creation…
If you concentrate in a calm way on the miracle that is breathing, now you can feel that Truth and say with the voice of your Inner Self: “I am Light, I am Love, I am a Divine Creation, as are all the inhabitants of the planet, all the members of the Universe.”
Talk to yourself, You are the best and the only person who can really know what you want; which is what motivates you.
